Jordans Memorial Displayed at Sheffield Teaching Hospital outside the GICU
What wonderful tribute to Jordan, Jordan was an organ donor and was able to give the ultimate gift of life after he passed. Sheffield teaching hospital has displayed a memorial tribute to Jord by the GICU.
